Nope although here in the UK they did discover a plot to use poison on the London Underground system...

But biological attacks have been part of warfare for as long as recorded history. For example during seiges and so on diseased carcasses and even bodies would be launched by catapault and so on into enemey castles or fortification and the poisoning of wells is as old as mankind.

And in the post-apoc world you don't want to forget about that teensy little annoying bug called tetanus... one rusty piece of metal cutting into your skin and all of a sudden you got lockjaw, you can't eat, you starve or suffocate and then... well, you know the rest...
