I joined a town just for fun to see what the new stuff was like before we team up.

I got a camera that I can use to flash zombies, kind of like a flash grenade. It has 3 charges but can fail, as I found out on my last charge. I think you need 6 months of hero time to get it.

You find blueprints for buildings now. You get a few basic ones, but have to scavenge for the rest. I found one common one so far.

Cool, so are you going to hang out in that town for a while? I survived the camping last night (our devastation night) but not sure if I'm going to try to camp again. I might as well since the chances of surviving are supposedly much less now.

I forgot I was going to Comic-Con this weekend and so I'm dead now. May random for a bit, or do that massive meta thing everyone is getting on.

Yeah, I put us on that list too. Mentioned we'd like to jump in with you and your group.

We're going to do a random on Sunday maybe. If you're going in then maybe we can hook up. Or if not, then in the megajump.

Gazette "4 zombies were seen in town, but they didn't attack anyone"

This has happened in two towns now.
I think the game is over looking the first attack that the zombies are successful with, like each town starts with one invisible zombie shield that it loses.
Is this the same for you guys?

The game feels less hard core now, more like a game for kids, all safety, safety.

We're going to be about 200 defense short in our town tonight, so it will be interesting to see how many deaths that causes.

But yeah, the game is way different. It's pretty much impossible for a town to fall to a zombie attack in the first week or so. But then if you don't find the right plans, it's also hard to live past about day 10.

Yeah, we had about 300 get through, and I think it killed about 8 people.

I'll be jumping solo. So we're going to try to fill 4 full towns I guess? Depending how that goes, maybe we can do our own thing for the next jump after that.

Well, that whole megajump turned out to be a bit of a let down for me. After waiting weeks for it to happen, I randomed into a town that already had 37 people in it before our jump. I think I'm the only megameta guy in here.

Oh well. We do have 19 heroes so hopefully it's not a total waste. But next time I'm thinking a solid meta of 20 might be the way to go.

Yeah, I almost forgot. Made it in with mostly metas, but a few that don't have a clue.

Made a couple videos exploring some of the new season 3 stuff. Let's try for that 20 man meta though.

This is what I have been thinking about.

No coalitions = No cap.

Once the 20 Meta spots are used up we could fill the other spots with heros who have no coalitions. So we could still design the Meta past 20 players.
Realy the only players who should be in coalitions are non-hero players and people who are not going to be online at the jump time.
If we could get 24 heros online at the jump time then we could still design all 40 players in the same town, undermining the season 3 cap.

Unfortunately once the 20 spots fill up you can only join the town by clicking the random join button.
