Hello, I'm Malcadon!

I'm an artist, and an avid book reader. I enjoy the works of Robert E. Howard, Edgar Rice Burroughs, William Gibson, H. Rider Haggard, Robert A. Heinlein, and others. I enjoy Sword and Sorcery, Cyberpunk, gritty Mecha war fiction, pulp fiction, and of course, post-apocalyptic fiction.

I really got into the AP genre through a science fantasy role-playing game called Gamma World (1st Ed). This is a somewhat cartoonish game, and at times, plays-out like Jack Kirby's Kamandi comic! When someone made a "retro-clone" game of Gamma World, called Mutant Future, I jumped at the chance to submit art for it. I'm quite proud of the work!

Hello... I found this sight through Fear Death by Water... I was reading his blog and exchanged a couple notes with him and he directed me here.

Great site... I'm a huge fan of PA books and movies (love talking about books). I've read quite a few (attempted to read a few more and couldn't get through them) but am always looking for new ones--especially ones other people like.
