MONSTER BIKE #2
I still can't come up with a name for this vehicle. Was thinking of Nightmare, Cutter, Buzzsaw but eh not satisfying enough; anyway, it's also a Monster Bike with a sidecar. Unlike TriFire, this version wields a huge chainsaw that can be operable by the sidecar passenger. The chainsaw can split open anything whether it be metal, axles, or yes human flesh. Don't be caught in a dead end with this chainsaw cuz there will be no escape!

MONSTER BIKE #2 UPGRADE
The Monster Bike known as Dead End. This was how it looked like back at the start of November. Notice the sidecar wheel and the sidecar passenger's feet on the foot rests.

This is the updated Dead End Monster Bike. I figured since the sidecar was equipped with a gigantic chainsaw, it be fitting that the sidecar require a larger wheel; so I replaced the original wheel with a Cobra Ferret wheel: not easy but worthwhile.

gotta find some way to rebuild or conceal the rear of the sidecar, it looks atrocious. I cut it up cuz the rear was too bulky.

I didn't like the original foot rests for the sidecar passenger. I wanted to give a post apocalyptic feel to the foot rests; make it seem as though the marauders used whatever they could to recreate or simulate foot rests. I took paper clips, cut them into small pieces about the same length, heated them on the stove, and inserted them beside the original sidecar foot rests. I love the end result. now I just gotta remove the original foot rests.

The new Monster Quad:

I never liked the GI JOE Cobra Ferret handlebars so I replaced them with handlebars from Chap Mei motorcycles.

No that's not a velociraptor scratch mark, lol.

Pyrophiliac's Marauders

I'm gonna keep this short. A little backstory to Marauders II Slaughterauders. It's a sequel to Marauders but it takes place in another part of the post-apocalyptic Earth --- Africa and the Middle East --- and involves new characters and vehicles. The hero is Apex and the main villain is Pyrophiliac. I'm still developing the story, plot, and characters; it's coming together gradually.

The very 1st time I began customizing, I wanted to create monster bikes but that idea failed miserably because the motorcycles I used were absurdly oversized. Then came the 25th anniversary GIJOE RAM --- thank you Hasbro. So my main objective was to create a new type of motorcycle and sidecar; something revolutionary. It took more months than I planned, but was worth it 100% not only because I learned a plethora of stuff (i.e. working for the 1st time with jewelry) but the Chaser customs (Dead End & Screamer) have set the bar mighty high for me. Enjoy!

DEAD END (Chaser #1)

The figures are works in progress. The monster bike is virtually complete.

This custom mace took less than 5 minutes to make but it's so cool!

In the future, I may add a functional headlight.

Pyrophiliac's Marauders

SCREAMER (Chaser #2)

I thought it be cool to have spikes jutting out of the rearlights (see also Dead End). It's characteristic of a marauder vehicle.

Wez and Dezaira are not part of Marauders II Africa but due to my tiny selection of custom marauder figures, I had no choice.

A functional headlight and a little more paint will complete this monster bike.

Chainsaw storage. The oversized Cobra Venom cycles were useful after all.

Taking out the big guns! But seriously, guns like these don't appear in Marauders II Africa.

Screamer was harder and more time-consuming than Dead End. Sometimes when I look at it, I wonder just how the heck I was able to finish it especially the sidecar harness area, which stressed me out for many months.

Pyrophiliac's Marauders

PITS

The Pit was originally the name for a vehicle in Wez’s gang but after much thought, the name came to represent a new vehicle in Marauders II Slaughterauders.

Marauders pour their cruelty and sadism into their vehicles. Pits essentially are mobile flatbeds filled with dozens of upright spikes both metal and wooden, upright chainsaws, nails, spears, drills, swords, knives, arrows, buzz saws, shards of metal and wood, sharp materials, etc. All these materials have one intent --- to impale their victims to certain death.

Pits are hauled by separate vehicles or in some cases, Pits are part of a vehicle.

During vehicle pursuits, marauders fighting aboard vehicles hurl their opponents onto Pits where they are instantaneously impaled to death.

The idea for the Pits vehicles was partially inspired by the pit arena from Mortal Kombat (both movie and videogame).

I would have taken gory pictures of impaled victims but I’ve run out of time.

Pyrophiliac's Marauders

BACKLASH (Chaser #3)

Spikes are a common trend in Marauders II Slaughterauders marauder vehicles (i.e. pits, Dead End, Screamer).

Monster Quads were already in my mind when coming up with marauder vehicles.

Backlash is the first of these Monster Quads in Marauders II Slaughterauders. Backlash is equipped with a flip-down steel bar covered in razor sharp nails and spikes. Rather than running over their victims (i.e. fleeing villagers), marauder quad drivers prefer to kill their victims in a more brutal way --- clubbing them in the back as they flee for their lives!

Backlash is currently a WIP (Work In Progress). It would have been finished but my 2nd GI JOE Cobra Ferret broke so I had to use the Raze monster quad from Marauders. If Hasbro ever releases a 25th anniversary of the GI JOE Cobra Ferret, I hope they strengthen the plastic in the rear wheel axle plastic because it snaps off easily.

Dune Lords aka Sand Masters

Like the Defenders led by Pappagallo in Marauders, the Dune Lords aka Sand Masters dwell in the deserts of the Middle East. Their leader Zeidi has sacrificed so much for his people and they too for each other. The Sand Masters are one of the last tribes that continue battling against Pyrophiliac's empire of sadistic and merciless warauders. Pyrophiliac offered them the chance to join him but Zeidi and his followers are humans, not monsters.

Sand Fighters (Desert Warfare Vehicles):

I barely started modifying this GIJOE Sand Razor. Among the Dune Lords' modes of transportation are dune buggies, dirt bikes, camels, and horses.

For Marauders II Slaughterauders, I wanted to create more savage and sadistic weaponry because it is a darker series.

Marauders II Slaughterauders has a new type of marauder: Slaughtrauders. They are far more sadistic, cruel, and savage than their predecessors from Marauders. Slaughterauder weaponry is also more sadistic and twisted design wise.

Grappling Hook
Slaughterauders use grappling hooks for multiple purposes: To scale villager walls, to board enemy ships/vehicles, to climb difficult ledges, etc. The preferred use however, is hurling the grappling hook onto the backs of bound prisoners, pull back, and tear away chunks of human flesh. This weapon was inspired by a scene in The Road Warrior where Wez hurls a grappling hook onto the driver's door of the Mack truck.

Twin Hook Chain
Like the grappling hook, the twin hook chain is also used to scale walls and latch onto enemy/villager boats, etc. Slaughterauders however, take more pleasure in hooking fleeing villagers and watch as they writhe in agony from the metal prongs cutting into their flesh.

Staff (WIP)
The Dune Lords (a.k.a. Sand Masters) defend their villages from legions of invading Slaughtrauders. The staff is more than just a weapon. It also serves as a walking cane. But more so, it is a status symbol among the tribes. The status is determined by the type and number of adornments and artifacts hung around it. This weapon was inspired by the staffs used by the Feral Kids in Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome.

Concept for Apex (Work in Progress)

Apex is the heroic road warrior (the equivalent of Mad Max) in Marauders II Slaughterauders.

I am slow in coming up with characters. Vehicles are not a problem though.

Because of preoccupations, I am unable to spend as much time as I would normally like to on this series. The story, characters, and vehicles of Marauders II Slaughterauders (the 2nd installment) are still in the early stages of development. Marauders a.k.a. Mad Max Returns (the 1st installment in the Marauders Trilogy) is far more advanced; whereas Marauders 3 Warauders (the 3rd installment) is barely conceived.

Marauders II Slaughterauders is twice the amount of action, characters, vehicles, and blood/guts of the 1st installment. This time the story is set in Africa, the marauders are known as Slaughterauders, and our hero is Apex. Animals play a larger role in this series than in any other. I thought it would be characteristic of elephants, rhinos, gorillas, and tigers to fight alongside the good guys. In contrast, the Slaughterauders exploit the services of hyenas, alligators/crocodiles, wild boars, and wild dogs. I owe part of that inspiration to the Wargs (oversized wolf/hyena-like creatures) and Oliphants (gigantic elephants/woolly mammoths) from the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Apex is a courageous warrior gifted with the ability to communicate with animals. He is like Tarzan and Beastmaster. Slaughterauders thrive in the hundreds and thus Apex requires additional power and strength. That reinforcement arrives in the form of his battle beast known as God Lightning.

God Lightning is a massive sabretooth tiger. Just like T-Rex is the King of Dinosaurs, God Lightning is King of Africa's Wildlife. He is the only one of his kind. Prior to the post apocalypse, humanity had discovered a way to bring back ancient beasts using DNA. One such beast was a sabretooth tiger who became known as God Lightning. The inspiration for this character stems from He-Man's battle cat, the sabretooth tiger from the movie 10,000 B.C. and lastly, WhiteFangs from Chap Mei's Beast Raider.

Apex and God Lightning (WIP)

Had it not been for dfunk, I would not have found Smilodon. Easily my favorite Chap Mei animal.

In battle, Apex wields a sword, shield (made from a vehicle door), chest armor, and a battle helmet. In war, there are no rules. Slaughterauders use all means to destroy their enemies even ganging up by the hundreds on a single opponent. Slaughterauders utilize all sorts of twisted, sadistic, and cruel weapons from spiked skull maces, hook maces, to Family Maces (more on that in a subsequent section).

God Lightning is an extremely massive and powerful beast. He can engage hundreds of Slaughterauders, resist all mace variations (spiked skull maces, single hook maces, double hook maces, oversized maces, etc), and can flip over Slaughterauder vehicles. I have this scene in mind where Apex riding on God Lightning faces against a vehicle resembling Rage (from Marauders a.k.a. Mad Max Returns). Both charge at each other. God Lightning rams his head against the vehicle instantly hurling it away or flipping it over multiple times.

Dune Lords a.k.a. Sand Masters are a tribe of elite warriors who dwell in the deserts. Their initial leader was named Zeidi but I changed his name to Valrik (pronounced 'val-rye'). His right and left hand men are his sister Valia (pronounced 'va-lyah') and his best friend Vanjil (pronounced 'van-geel').

Dune Lords utilize dirt bikes, quads, and camels as transportation. Dune buggies known as Sand Fighters are their most effective form of transportation. They are armed and armored to the very last panel.

I am contemplating to increase the ground clearance.

Dune Lords keep to themselves. They don't mix with other tribes because they have been wronged one too many times. They are mortal enemies with the Slaughterauders who have marauded, pillaged, ransacked and committed horrendous, unnamable atrocities against them.

Dune Lords (a.k.a. Sand Masters) in essence are like the Defenders (from Marauders a.k.a. Mad Max Returns). However, it is up to Apex to win them over if humanity is to triumph over the Slaughterauders!
